Police search for driver after car involved in two vehicle Fens crash is abandoned
Two vehicles were involved in a collision in a Fenland village this afternoon. Police were called to March Road, near Wimblington, at 2.31pm today (Monday July 15). Officers and paramedics attended, and one person received minor injuries.

Cause of vehicle fire on A141 near Chatteris confirmed
A vehicle caught fire on the A141 near Chatteris at the weekend. One crew from the town was called to the blaze at 8pm on Saturday July 13. Firefighters used a hose reel to extinguish a car on fire and returned to their station by 8.25pm.

River deaths of man and woman in their 80s 'not suspicious' say police
Police have confirmed that the deaths of two people in their eighties are not being treated as suspicious. Officers were called to Chain Bridge, March, at about 8.35am on Saturday (July 13) with reports of concern for the welfare of two people.
