SUSAN DOROTHY CHAPMAN
passed away peacefully on 7th December 2020 at Peterborough City Hospital aged 69 years. Loving Wife to Trevor, devoted Mum to Maria and Carl, dear Nan to Keira, Callum and Lily-Sue, much loved Sister to Maureen and Michael and friend of many. Due to current circumstances a private family funeral service will take place on Tuesday 29th December 2020.
