SIMONS Tracey Passed away peacefully at home on 12th November 2018, aged 52 years. Beloved Wife of Colin. Much loved Mother to Philip and Jodie and Grandmother to Ella-Louise. Also a Beloved Daughter, Sister and friend. The family would like to thank all family and friends for their support. Thanksgiving service to be held at St. Andrews Church, Whittlesey on Tuesday 27th November 2018 at 12.00 noon. Family flowers only please.
