A man is due to appear in court today after a teenage boy was stabbed in in the face on Friday night (April 21).
Kyle Wojtowych, of Hundred Road, March, was charged with possessing a knife in a public place, attempted robbery and causing grievous bodily harm without intent.
Police received a 999 call at about 11.15pm with reports of a stabbing in Station Road, March.
Wojtowych, 27, was arrested 15 minutes later in Darthill Road.
He was remanded in custody until his court appearance at Peterborough Magistrates’ Court.
The 17-year-old victim was taken to Hinchingbrooke Hospital in Huntingdon where he received treatment for a stab wound to his cheek.
He has since been discharged from hospital.
