A coastal campsite owner is set for crown court trial after he denied breaching two enforcement notices.
West Norfolk council launched proceedings against businessman Nigel Marsh for failing to comply with two enforcement notices regarding land which he owns off Beach Road, at Heacham.
On Wednesday King's Lynn magistrates heard one required him to permanently remove the campsite and all of its infrastructure from the land.
The other required him to cease operating the site as a campsite.
Mr Marsh, 58, of Wisbech Road, March, Cambridgeshire, denied being in breach of both enforcement notices on August 15, 2022.
When told that the offences were triable either in the magistrates' court or by a crown court jury, he requested a crown court trial.
The case was adjourned for a plea and management hearing at Norwich Crown Court on August 16.
