Storm Babet has arrived in Cambridgeshire overnight with heavy rain and flooding affecting the region.
The Environment Agency has issued the alerts, which means flooding is possible and that people should be prepared.
The latest Met Office weather forecasts for Cambridge, Ely and Peterborough show heavy rain is expected to continue for much of today (Friday, October 20).
A yellow weather warning for rain is in force across the county is in force until 6am on Saturday.
