A Fenland charity received a donation worth hundreds of pounds thanks to a local care home.
The Aria Court team had the pleasure of visiting FACET recently to deliver the proceeds of the Christmas fayre held at the March home.
The event was a festive delight, featuring live music, craft stalls, and treats like hot chocolate and homemade shortbread.
The generosity of relatives, staff, and local businesses, including Westend DIY, Dominos, Tesco’s, Eastern Promise, Iceland, March Quality Meats, The Barn, and Boyes, played a pivotal role in the success of the fayre.
Together, through the collective efforts of Aria Court and the generosity of the wider community, almost £350 was raised for FACET, which provides training and care for adults with disabilities.
Founded in 2002, FACET provides support for adults with disabilities in the Fenland area.
This charity, headquartered in March with shops in March and Whittlesey, focuses on providing essential training and day care services to over 118 people throughout the week.
