A 24-hour gym is set to open in a Fenland town later this year. 

Snap Fitness is taking over Unit 1 at Meadowlands Retail Park in March.

A spokesperson said: "Works are now underway which will see the space completely transform into a state-of-the-art fitness facility, complete with the latest gym equipment, two group fitness studios and personal training.

"March will be Snap Fitness’ 97th club in the UK and Ireland, adding to there than 1,000 clubs globally.

"Clubs are individually owned and run by passionate people who are all about delivering best-in-class gym experiences."

The gym owner said: “This is my second Snap Fitness club, and I can’t wait to open in March.

"Snap Fitness is a real community gym where members can train in a space where they feel comfortable. For us, it’s all about how people feel.”

Snap Fitness EMEA, COO, Kevin Yates, said: "We look forward to the team building a strong community within March and supporting their members."

The gym is scheduled to open in May, but the exact date is to be confirmed.
