Cambridgeshire Police officers seized a car in Chatteris on Saturday evening (March 30).
Response officers were alerted to a car being driven with no rear lights on in the dark.
The force stopped the car in Bridge Street, where checks found that the learner driver only had a provisional licence.
The driver also turned out to be uninsured, as they failed to show valid insurance.
The car was seized and the driver has been reported.
