Cambridgeshire police officers seized a car in March on April 10.
The learner driver had failed to stop for the force on Peas Hill Road and drove off.
However, officers found the car parked at a house.
They conducted checks on the car and found that the driver had a provisional licence and was uninsured.
The car also had no MOT.
Cambridgeshire Police seized the vehicle and reported the driver.
