A Fenland market town is making national news this week amid an argument about hanging baskets and health and safety.
Chatteris In Bloom's volunteers, who have won numerous awards for their floral designs, are furious after Cambridgeshire County Council said they must undergo a health and safety course which would cost £165 per person.
Group president, Sue Unwin, appeared on ITV's 'This Morning' show today to share her disgust at the council's new rules.
The new regulations would mean the group's volunteers need to complete a health and safety course or hire a contractor to hang baskets on streetlights.

Speaking to the BBC earlier this week, she said "bureaucracy was going to kill community spirit" as volunteers give their time and money towards the arrangements.
Cambridgeshire County Council said because the streetlights were connected to the power grid it needed to ensure everyone's safety.
