An uninsured and unlicenced driver had their van seized in Whittlesey.
Police stopped the vehicle in Broad Street following reports from members of the public about a suspicious van near the football club.
Officers initially suspected the vehicle of being involved in a burglary at the Field of Dreams in Whittlesey on May 2, but no evidence was found to connect it to the crime.
However, police checks did find that the driver had no insurance or a licence.
The van was therefore seized and the driver reported.
A spokesperson for Cambridgeshire Constabulary said: "Thanks to the help of the public, we were able to get another uninsured and unlicenced driver off the roads."
