A driver not wearing a seatbelt was reported after police found that the front two tyres of their vehicle were below the legal limit.
The car was initially stopped in Chatteris on Tuesday night by neighbourhood officers.
However, further inspection of the vehicle found that the two front tyres were worn below the legal limit.
A traffic offence report (TOR) has been issued to the driver.
Police said: "It is important to regularly check your vehicle's tyres are up to standard to minimise the risk on the road as much as possible."
