A key safe was pulled off a wall and stolen during an attempted break-in in a Fenland village.
Doddington Recreation Ground's pavilion, on Benwick Road, was targeted at 1am on Monday June 24.
A store door was also damaged during the incident, which has been reported to police.
The committee that runs the pavilion said on Facebook that they have since increased security and that they have CCTV footage of two people with their hoods up, wearing black and carrying a long bar.
"Please keep a look out and make sure your outbuildings and sheds are secure," the post added.
A spokesperson for Cambridgeshire Constabulary said: "It was reported to us yesterday (June 24) that a key safe which had been attached to a wall at a premises at Doddington Recreation Ground, Benwick Road, had been pulled off and stolen.
"There was no break-in. The case has now been filed pending further information coming to light."
