Last night (August 6), Cambridgeshire Police received reports of violence near a former Budgens Store.
At around 4:30pm, reports of violent disorder on Chatteris High Street were made to the force. Smashed glass was seen on the floor.
Cambridgeshire Police have now launched an investigation. A spokesperson said: "At about 4:30pm yesterday we were called to reports of violence in High Street, Chatteris.
"When we arrived all parties had left the area. Crimes have been raised for violent disorder and threats to commit criminal damage and an investigation is ongoing."
