The cause of a house fire in Whittlesey has been confirmed.
Crews were called to a building fire on Glenfields North at 6.20pm on Wednesday August 21.
Firefighters from Stanground and Whittlesey arrived to find a fence had caught fire and the fire had spread to the house.
Crews used hose reels to extinguish the fire, then used a positive pressure ventilation fan to clear the smoke.
Crews returned to their stations by 9.33pm.
The cause of the fire was accidental.
